I’m a Head of Operations with experience in optimizing processes and building high-performing cultures at companies like Uber, Philip Morris, and Traba. As a coach and consultant, I guide organizations in overcoming complex challenges and unlocking growth through innovative leadership approaches.In addition to my operations career, I've delivered multiple talks as a speaker, including a TEDx on the future of leadership.I currently lead an online academy at Leadership Stoa, where I design courses to empower emerging leaders.
